At our community farm we regulary run team challenges days for businesses and organisations who are keen for their teams to develop in an environment that does not have a coffee machine readily available, so they send them to us. Every year we make a list of all the activities that are required to keep the farm ticking over and developing, this can be simple maintainance of weeding and cutting back to more adventurous task like installing an irrigation system or replacing the rabbit proff fencing. Whatever the task the day is always fun and well received.
