Community can mean many things but always pertains to a group of people with certain charactersitics in common, whether geographical, religious, ethnic or cutural. nourish aims to work with those people who are marginalised and face barriers to employment or independant living. Nourish aims to support them in gaining knowledge and skills to better equip them to overcome these barries. You could say we provide the building blocks that will become strong foundations for the future.

Our practice is to work alongside everyone who joins our team in the spirit of partnership. We work this way because we are also growing and developing, and the input of everyone involved is essential to our success. We also do it because it's fun and we like it.
