| The practice of Care Co-ops is to work in an empowering, respectful and non stigmatising way, and to maintain high standards of professionalism and good practice. We actively enhance our members’ potential through facilitating their self-responsibility and personal decision making. We work closely with user and advocacy groups to develop anti-discriminatory practices, and to promote good working relationships with both statutory and voluntary agencies. We are committed to encouraging our members’ involvement in the running of the organisation. |
