One of the key elements of social enterprise is our ability to generate our own revenue rather than rely on grant funding. One of the ways we do this is by offering all the courses we deliver, to external organisations and other individuals. This means that if you need food safety or health and safety certificates or for your staff then we can deliver that for you. We even offer train the trainer certificates for organisations looking to develop their staff that little bit further.

Recently and in partnership with Jobcentre plus, kennedy scott and working links we have succesfully delivered a pre-employment hospitality training course for both Jury's Inn and My Hotel who have both recently come to Brighton. The model allowed a group of unemployed individuals to have four weeks of training in all areas of hopsitality and included basic I.T. and interview skills.
